Products that are sealed and unopened may be exchanged within 14 days of the order date. We do not accept opened or unsealed items unless the issue is due to a quality defect or a fulfillment error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Return Requests (within 14 days)

Products that are sealed and unopened may be returned within 14 days of the order date. However, delivery fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Returns Due to Quality Issues or Fulfillment Errors

If there is a product quality issue or a mistake from our team, you may return the item within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund, including delivery fees.

Quality Concerns with Unopened/Sealed Products

If an unopened or sealed product is being returned or exchanged due to a suspected quality issue, our Operations Team will review the case. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a full refund including delivery fees.
