This material is rich in three important types of fibre: Hemicellulose 42%, cellulose 28%, pectin 27% (plus lignin 3%, which acts like fibre in the digestive system). Sugar beet fibre contributes to an increase in faecal bulk. This food supplement contains no animal products (gelatine-free and dairy-free, etc.) and is registered with the Vegan Society. Take two tablets half an hour before each main meal.
